Recently, this question has been asked very often, unfortunately, many have left due to hostilities, but are trying to return to normal life in a new place.
Therefore, we decided to write a separate article in the Q&A format that will be useful to you.
1. Can I place an order here in Poland (Germany, the Czech Republic, Israel, Canada, Egypt, etc.)?
Yes, we continue to ship orders worldwide (except russia and the republic of belarus).
2. How much will the delivery cost?
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the order.
At our site the cost of delivery is automatically calculated depending on where it is necessary to deliver the order and how much it weighs. That is, when placing an order, you will see exactly how much it will cost you.
Approximately for Europe and the Middle East:
- 0.01 - 0.25 kg - $ 9.00
- 0.25 - 0.50 kg - $ 16.00
- 0.50 - 1.00 kg - $ 22.00
- 1.00 - 2.00 kg - $ 28.00
3. How to pay?
International orders only on prepayment.
- You can pay with any Visa and MasterCard bank card.
- Through ApplePay and GooglePay.
4. What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on where you want to send.
Approximately delivery time to Europe and the Middle East is 7-10 days, but due to hostilities there may be a delay until the month.
5. Do I need to pay duties (taxes)?
Yes and no.
Each country or European Union has its own duty-free tariffs. For example, if you are in Poland, the tariffs of the European Union apply. Therefore, parcels with a declared value (specified by the sender, ie us) up to 20 euros, it is not subject to duty, and if the specified value of the parcel is more than 20 euros, you will need to pay additional duty.
However, at your request, which you can leave as a comment to the order, we can indicate the amount below the actual cost to get to the duty free rate.
Importantly! We don't recommend doing this for two reasons:
- This is not right and a violation of the law, ie it is an attempt to avoid paying taxes, there may be problems, if not conscience, then with law enforcement agencies so accurately.
- If your parcel is lost, although it is unlikely, but perhaps in 7 years we have lost 2 parcels, it is very small, but again - the probability is. In case of loss, the postal operator compensates exactly the amount that was specified. If you have a $ 200 order and we have requested $ 20 at your request, we will only refund $ 20.
Useful tips for international orders:
- Since the cost of delivery depends on the weight, try to avoid, if possible, the purchase of heavy and inexpensive goods, such as special liquids, the cost of delivery of such goods will often be higher than the cost of the goods, it is not rational, but if you have to, take less amount.
- Please note that the price is within, ie if your order weighs 1.05 kg, it will cost - $ 28, if your order weighs 1.3 kg or 1.9 kg, the shipping cost will be the same $ 28, try to take on the maximum weight within the limit that you have reached (rates are given in question №2).
If the cost of delivery was $ 22, you added one gel polish and the cost of delivery was $ 28, then you went from 0.50 - 1.00 kg and went to 1.00 - 2.00 kg, as you know, to save it is better remove from the order or increase the order to 2 kg by adding more goods, the cost of delivery will remain the same, but you will take more goods.
- The larger the order, the cheaper the delivery. This rule is especially relevant.
If your order is small, up to 1 kg, you can place a joint order with a colleague or friend. For example, two parcels of 1 kg will cost $ 44, $ 22 for each, if issued together, the cost will be $ 28, ie $ 14 for each.
We tried to sort out the most important issues, but probably missed something, so ask your questions, suggest new topics in the comments or just rate the article if it was useful to you.
