Blooming Gel is a base on which, immediately after coating (before polymerization), colored gel varnish is applied pointwise or in the form of an abstract pattern.
The picture can be applied both on a light and a dark base.
Application method:
Apply Blooming Gel to the dried base or color coating, add a few drops of a different color and arbitrarily blend with the tool to create a pattern.
Dry, apply the finishing coating, polymerize the design in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, an LED lamp for 1 minute.
