Top Romantic White is a top with white hearts, without a sticky layer, which will look harmonious with any color on the nails. It can make your manicure interesting and unusual. We would like to note that the white hearts shimmer with mother-of-pearl in the sun, but do not turn yellow!
Features:
- It has a medium consistency, which makes it comfortable to work with the top coat. It does not flow under the cuticle and at the same time perfectly covers the nail plate.

Application method:
- Dry for at least 120 seconds.
- After drying, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.
