Method of use:
- Prepare nails for coating - do a manicure and remove the cuticle;
- Remove the shiny layer with a buff and shake off small particles with a brush;
- Disinfect and degrease the plate with a primer (ultrabond);
- Apply the base and send under the lamp for 60 seconds;
- Apply one or two layers of Moon Full Neon Ibiza #712 gel nail polish, polymerizing each under the lamp for 60 seconds;
- Cover with top and also dry under the lamp;
- If the Top has a sticky layer - remove it with a means to remove the sticky layer.
Important: When applying each layer of color, as well as the base and top, it is necessary to "seal" the edge of the nail.
Recommendation: To prevent the formation of "wrinkles" and "flushes", apply a thin layer.
