APPLICATION METHOD:
- Mix paint with oxidizer (1:1) in a non-metallic container.
- Gradually apply the mixture to the eyebrows, trying not to go beyond their contour.
- The exposure time is up to 15 minutes.
- Wash off the paint thoroughly with warm water using a cotton sponge.
